§ 102-1. Use of disposal area restricted.
No person, unless a legal resident of Great Barrington, shall deposit garbage, offal, waste, vegetable or animal matters or any trees, refuse, rubbish or other waste material in any solid waste disposal area maintained by the town.
§ 102-2. Polystyrene containers. [Added 5-7-1990 ATM, Art. 17]
Effective September 1, 1990, polystyrene food or beverage containers shall not be used in the Town of Great Barrington to package food or beverages if that packaging takes place on the premises of retail sale. This provision shall not apply to the packaging of uncooked meat, uncooked poultry and/or uncooked fish.
