§ 112-1. Disposal works permit required.
A disposal works permit must be obtained before a building permit will be issued in unsewered areas. Percolation tests must be made for new or repair work. All work must be performed by a licenses installer. Permits are not necessary when having a sanitary system pumped, but such work must be done by a licensed firm.
§ 112-2. Inspection of food establishments.
All food establishments, including catering, must be inspected by the Board of Health before obtaining a common victualer license.
