The Board of Selectmen, as the Board of Sewer Commissioners shall adopt rules and regulations for the governance of the Town’s wastewater treatment operation, in accordance with the requirements of law and the regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).
