§ 166-1. Use Restricted; penalties.
No motorized recreational vehicle (snowmobile, minibike, motorcycle, etc.) shall be ridden on cemetery, Park Department or Sewer Department property. Upon conviction, the operator of any such vehicle shall be subject to a fine not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.).
