§ 37-7. Establishment of three-year terms.
The town establishes three-year terms for the Board of Selectmen commencing with the 1986 annual town election, at which election there shall be one (1) Selectman elected for a one-year term, one (1) Selectman elected for a two-year term and one (1) Selectman elected for a three-year term, and thereafter each Selectman shall be elected for a full three-year term.
