§ 57-1. License for sale required.
No persons shall keep open their places of business for the retail sale of beverages derived wholly or in part from cereals or substitutes therefore and containing less than one-half of one percent (1/2 of 1%) of alcohol, unfermented grape juice, ginger ale, root beer, sarsaparilla, pop, artificial mineral waters, carbonated waters or beverages and other so-called soft drinks without first securing a license for this purpose from the Board of Selectmen in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 392 of the Acts of 1922.
