GB Allows Housatonic Merchants to Sell Single Use Plastic Water Bottles

In an effort to assist Housatonic village residents impacted by water quality issues, the Town of Great Barrington will allow Housatonic merchants to sell single-use plastic water bottles until further notice.
This temporary change to the town’s single-use plastic water bottle ban (November 2019) only applies to Housatonic merchants.
Housatonic merchants have been notified that they are permitted to sell single-use plastic water bottles of any size, including bottles that contain less than one liter of water, until notified otherwise.
