Earth Day is April 20: Cleanup Plans Are Coming Together

Earth Day is happening this year on April 20, and plans are under way for town-wide cleanup efforts.

In Housatonic village, the Housatonic Improvement Committee and Housatonic the Beautiful are co-sponsoring the annual Earth Day Cleanup event starting at 8:30 a.m., followed by a village BBQ at noon. Pickup collection bags (plus a coffee and a pastry) starting at 8:30 a.m. at Ramsdell Library

Earth Day plans are also developing for other parts of town, and will be added here to the Earth Day notice as details emerge.
