Police Chief Paul Storti is pleased to announce that the Great Barrington Police Department has taken another step toward providing resources for families in our community.|

The department has partnered with the GB Family Resource Center (GBFRC) , a program of the nonprofit behavioral health agency Clinical & Support Options, directed by Jason Godfrey. GBFRC is a community-based, family-driven program supporting families and their children from birth to age 18.

GBFRC LogoChief Paul Storti says, “This is another great resource that our officers can utilize when interacting with community members. It’s yet another opportunity for our department to connect our residents to programs that are currently in place.”

Some of the free resources provided by the Great Barrington Family Resource Center are parenting skills workshops, self-help groups, grandparents' groups, stress management workshops and more.
