Great Barrington Gazebo Stage Summer Concert Series Under Way with Music for Everyone on Fridays and Saturdays

Friday eves feature Wanda Houston, Tumo/Kohrs, Lee Rogers, Moonshine Holler and more; David Grover Band plays to families on Saturday mornings behind Town Hall

Great Barrington, Mass. (June 19, 2018) – Free concerts are now under way on summer Friday evenings at the Town Hall Gazebo Stage, with the soulful Wanda Houston Band, the happy noise of the Sunday Strummer Ukelele Ensemble, bluegrass picking by Moonshine Holler and many more. Concerts are at 5:30-7:15 at behind Town Hall, at 334 Main St.

The line-up for Fridays: June 22 features Allen Timmons & Friends, with the Wild Weeds. June 29 welcomes Berkshire Sings and the Sunday Strummers Uke Emsemble; on July 6, Tumo & Kohrs are on stage. On July 13, Eric Reinhart & Francine Ciccarelli perform, and on July 20 the Eagles Trombone Band brings the brass.

The Wanda Houston Band performs July 27; Moonshine Holler pays on Aug 10, and Friday Aug 17, the First Take Band takes the stage. On Aug. 24 Lee Rogers & Friends perform, and on Friday Aug 31, Rock Steady rocks out.

Bookings are still in process for Friday, Aug 3 and Sept. 7.

The family-friendly band, David Grover’s Gang performs every Saturday in July and August at 10 a.m.

Foster. More sponsors are being sought for the concert series and donations are welcome.
