HWW Rate Increase Request: Two Important Dates Coming Up

Customers of Housatonic Water Works are advised of two important dates related to the rate increase requested by HWW

The first, hosted by HWW, is tomorrow, Wednesday, Aug. 23, 6 p.m., via Zoom.

The second is the state Department of Public Utilities' public hearing on Sept. 26, 7 p.m., in person at Monument Mountain Regional High School. The DPU's public comment period on this rate hike request closes at 5 p.m. on Sept. 27.

HWW customers are encouraged to attend both, and to review the DPU documents related to the HWW request for a rate increase. Documents can be found here.
