Teague Center, Historical Society Present "A Revolution of Her Own"

The Claire Teague Senior Center and the Great Barrington Historical Society present "A Revolution of Her Own: The Story of Deborah Sampson," a program about a Revolutionary War soldier who disguised herself as a man in order to join a Massachusetts regiment, on Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 7 p.m. at the Senior Center. Sampson was the first woman to fight in and be honorably discharged from the U.S. military. 

The event is free and open to the public.
