What's Your Passion? The Town of GB has a Volunteer Opportunity for You

Great Barrington is seeking a few good people to volunteer for various town boards and committees. Town committees and boards reflect a range of issues: Farming and agriculture, cable TV access, local arts, culture, history and town planning. Even aspiring fence viewers are welcome to apply. The following committee and board vacancies are now open, and the Selectboard is soliciting applications from residents, who must be registered voters to hold a committee post.

Agricultural Commission, (1 member), term expires 2021
Five Town Cable Advisory Committee (1 member), Indefinite term
Cultural Council (10 members), expires 2021
Historic District Commission (2 members), expires 2021
Planning Board Associate (1 member), until 2021
Fence Viewers (1 member), until 2021
Affordable Housing Trust (1 member), until 2020
