Our budget contemplates using the 650k identified in the RFP as available and we would request being able to use these funds early on for roofing, environmental work, selective demolition, and site work.
Since creating the pro forma back in March we do see a few cost increases that appear to be here to stay so the only other thing we would request if selected is a CPA grant of 250k if available to offset these cost increases everyone is facing. If available we would use these funds for exterior facade work including windows, exterior painting, and repointing.

In preparation for the Selectboard’s meeting this coming Monday evening, the Board is asking both finalists to clarify the amount of funds requested from the Town. A simple reply to this email would suffice.
Also, the Chair will invite you to take up to 2 minutes to provide any clarifications on funding requests, answer any open questions, etc.
