All Alcohol Licenses

The Town uses the State's applications.  Alcohol is regulated in the State of Massachusetts by the Alcohol Beverage Control Commission or the ABCC.  The Town is referred to as the Liquor Licensing Authority.  Once the town has accepted any of the following applications they must act on it within 30 days.  The application will then be placed on an upcoming Selectboard Agenda and voted on by the Board.

Please submit all required paperwork.  The last page of each application lists what additional documentation is required.  Unfortunately, the Town is unable to accept incomplete applications.  Please keep in mind there is a $200 filing fee for the State, as well as a $50 filing fee for the Town.  The State will not accept checks with the application.  All state fees can be paid here.
